The Royal London Hospital is the busiest Major Trauma Centre in the UK, providing specialist care to over 3,600 severely injured patients per year and receiving over 700 patients annually with an Injury Severity Score greater than 15. This is one of the largest orbital fracture series reported in the contemporary international literature.
